    In order to be useful to the consumer at all, disclosures would need to be in a plain, human-readable format, rather than the meaningless lawyer-speak which is typically what is sent out to consumers as notices. In order for consumers to be able to compare these disclosures against one another, a standardized chart (like food labels) might be way to go.
